Our 22 year old heater went out and it would cost about 3000.00 to fix.

I went to Home Advisor to try and find someone to repair/replace the unit. I waited for almost 24 hours and no responses’.

Our neighbor had their heater replaced a couple of months earlier. They recommended Millers to us and I called late in the evening. the next day Chris called back and had a tech out the next morning to check the issue. he said that the control board ($500) and the heat exchanger ($2500) were both shot. I could see and feel this crack in the heat exchanger, so I know that was a correct diagnoses. The tech called and Chris came out to verify the issues.

Chris gave us several options for replacing the unit that evening. The next morning the new unit and a crew here to install it.

I am very (even more so the wife) happy with the response time and professionalism of this crew and the company on a whole.
