Understandably, I had to wait a month get a general maintenance appointment, because priority is given to those in need without heat. When the day came, I messed up and wasn't at the house to meet them. So I had to call to reschedule and they found an open canceled spot the following week. I was at the house for them this time. JT was great. I asked about what could be done about not getting enough heat upstairs and he took the time to look into my attic and we saw that there was one small vent feeding the whole upstairs, which wasn't enough. We discussed may options. I hung around as he went through the various service steps on the furnace, and he explained everything he was doing and answered all questions.
