Late for appointments

We were told the repairman would be here at 12:00 Noon and he did not get here until 4:00 pm. I had to call to see what was going on and they said he had to do a repair at the appointment before ours. We would have liked a call. Repairman was very nice when he arrived, and did a good job, but we wasted our whole day.

Thank you for your feedback. I was disappointed to learn that you had to wait all day for service. Our standard practice is to give customers a four hour window of time when the service technician will arrive in case one of their previous calls runs longer.
