I would call them again.
They were just friendly and efficient at Brown's Plumbing & Heating. They came to check on a clogged bathtub to see why it was clogged. The issue resolved on its own,
so they didn't resolve it, but they were very helpful. They were on time, actually arriving earlier than expected after calling to ask if it was OK.
