I called Brown's Plumbing & Heating to install a couple furnaces. The job turned out pretty good. I was happy. There was a small glitch in the project, but they fixed it up no problem. They were very neat, used protective cloth and left their worksite clean. No mess. They are easy people to work with and very polite. I would say the best word to describe them is integrity.
