I called Brown's Plumbing & Heating to find out what the issues were with my air conditioning unit. I spoke to someone to schedule the appointment and she was very accommodating and very helpful. The young fella who came out was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything very thoroughly and I was very satisfied with the work. He was very honest and said my air conditioner wasn't worth putting a lot of money into.
