First Coast Home Pros does an excellent job! I was not home when they did the work, but I left very specific instructions as far as some little tiny particulars on how to do the job. It was a simple thing, pressure washing the driveway and patio, but again I usually like to be home when things are done. I may not know what to do or how to do it but some of my particulars are for them to be careful and pay attention, different things with the faucet and where to do it and just to be careful. I had an area with a little crack that I didn't want to make worse. It had been repaired so it wasn't loose but I didn't want it blasted with water. This was the first time I worked with them but will use them again in the future. I looked them up on the internet, I tried to read all the reviews. Again I'm a very particular person and if they can please me I think they will do well. They paid attention to detail, they listened to what I wanted done and did not want done. They even did curb in front of the house. It all looked very clean in the end and I was very happy!
