I rate a ten for the actual service. They do a great job. I have two issues. One is if you have them look at ten projects, they give you the cost of the total ten projects, so you don't know which ones are expensive and which ones are not, so there is no detail. Of course, it doesn't include the materials, so the whole process is like going to Las Vegas; you sign up and don't know what you are signing up for.
I want to separate the actual work being done from the process to get it done because there is such a difference.
