Poor service

They cleaned my house okay. But when my next biweekly cleaning fell on Christmas so they asked if they could do it 3 days early. They said after Christmas they would put me back on my regular schedule.....Friday afternoon. So when I called to see when they would come, they said they didn't have any times!!! They said they would call when they did. Finally they called and said they only had Tuesday morning at 8. I had told them in the beginning no mornings. It is now Jan. 3. Haven't heard a thing! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Hi Ms. Inman, there must be some confusion somewhere between us. We had you scheduled for your regular appointment at 2:30PM on Tuesday 12/29 and our notes say that appointment was cancelled because you were not available for the appointment. Your next appointment is Tuesday 1/11 at 2:30PM and every two weeks thereafter, so our system does not seem consistent with your comments in your review. We will confer internally to see if we can get some more clarity on all this, but regardless we apologize for any breakdown there may have been. The holiday cleaning schedules are very hectic due to us being closed 4 days in a span of five weeks (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years), so it gets pretty difficult to reschedule appointments due to that, in addition to us continuing to battle staffing issues with everything going on in the world right now. In any case, we will follow up again once we are able to get more information about all of this internally once the office opens on Monday.
