First Coast Home Pros has always done a great job for us. We have been fortunate enough to have one of the ladies in the cleaning crew be the same one who comes out each time. This time the other girls were new. One of them must have been brand new because the lady who was here previously went behind her to check on her and give her instructions. Everything turned out really good though. Even when they finished the lady who was here previously went through the house once again to check on everything so she was very thorough. They were a little bit late but they called me and let me know they were on their way. They always ask if there is something they need to do for me or any special instructions but since that same lady was here she already knew the layout and didn't need special instructions. If I ever had questions they were able to answer them for me. They have always been very polite and courteous. They are professional and work well together. When they first came out to clean they did a very deep cleaning and I thought it would be the same each time. I have some decorative light switches and they show fingerprints very easily. I don't know if perhaps the light switches just aren't part of the regular cleaning but I'd like to think they could wipe them down although I'm not complaining. They really do a wonderful job. Everything looks so good and smells so fresh when they are done. I usually have them clean my bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. I would absolutely recommend using First Coast Home Pros!
