I called First Coast to clean my dryer vent after I noticed that my dryer was shutting off due to a blocked flow error code I was getting on my new dryer. I received an e-mail reminder with my appointment time, and a phone call the day of the appointment letting me know they were on their way. They were right on time. As it turns out, the roofer sealed my dryer exhaust vent when he worked on my roof last week. Nick & Jay did an outstanding job finding the issue and offered to clean the duct work regardless of the issue. They saved me time & money. These guys are true professionals.
