Small business, personable and appreciate the customer.
They cleaned an area rug that had pet hair, pet stains and smoke smell and it turned out fabulous.The stains are gone, the smell is gone and color did not fade. I dropped it off and they did not rush it. When picking it up they put it in the car for me. I did not unwrap it for two weeks and it smelled like it was brand new.
