They worked very hard to clean my rugs, and they were willing to take one back for a second cleaning.
I took two hand-knotted wool Oriental rugs to RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning. One was made in India, and the other in Turkey. One rug, the multicolored one, came out great. I thought that one was going to be hard to clean. The other rug, a white one, had some ink and tea stains, and they had to take it back and re-clean it for me.
