I just used RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning for the first time. As far as their service, and their pick-up and delivery, that was all excellent. As far as the rug cleaning itself, I was not overly impressed, because the rug did not come back as clean as I thought it would. However, this was my first time to get a rug cleaned, so I am not entirely sure whether that was just that specific rug or not.
