We have utilized the services of the parent company of RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning before but this was our first experience with this division. We had two Oriental rugs that needed cleaning so we called them. The company quickly responded and they sent out Isaiah and Ashley to pick up the rugs. Both were very friendly and professional but Isaiah went above and beyond for us. After cleaning, we decided to have the fringe on one of the rugs repaired. They recommended a company to us and Isaiah took the one rug to that facility for us and then delivered it and the other rug back to us when the repairs were complete. We greatly appreciated his willingness to make things easy on us! We highly recommend RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning to everyone! They do good work and they have great customer service!
