We asked the people who did the exterior cleaning of our condominium for the name of a good carpet cleaning company and they recommended RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning to us. We have a huge Oriental area rug in our lobby and it gets a lot of foot traffic as you might well imagine. And, it was starting to show the results. So, we called RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning and talked to Tom and he came out and picked up the carpet, cleaned it for us, and then brought it back to us. They did a fantastic job! It looks ever so much better! They were very professional and friendly people and they had great communication skills. Tom let me know in advance when he was coming out to pick the rug up and when he was bringing it back so I could be available. The whole experience went very seamlessly and I would highly recommend them to everyone! They are an extremely well-organized and competent company!
