I was really impressed with the technician at RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning. He was very professional, and his manner was very reassuring and competent. He took the time to explain the whole cleaning process to me, and all in all he was wonderful. I think they did a very good job of cleaning on the rug, and the only reason why I did not give them Five Stars is that I thought the rug would come back brighter than it did. So, I gave them Four and a Half Stars instead!
