RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning was awesome! They were knowledgeable, and their website was very intuitive and thorough on their processes. They came to pick up my Oriental rug and soon called to let me know when the rug would be ready to be dropped off. I needed some adjustment on the return date, and they were able to work with me on that. Once the rug arrived, they unrolled it, and it looked great. We loved it! It was actually our normal rug and carpet cleaning person that recommended RugPro, and if I need to have it cleaned again, I don't want to go anywhere else. I will absolutely use them again.
