NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE

We weren't very happy with the service we got from Rug Pro Oriental Rug Cleaning. There was no discernible difference between when we sent the rugs out and when we got them back. This was our first time using this company. When the rugs came back, they were not wrapped in paper. Every other company we have used to clean our rugs have brought them back wrapped in paper. These were just rolled up like when they left and didn't look any cleaner. We probably would not use them again. They have good prices, but, you get what you pay for.

We performed our service for you on November 10 of last year and when we spoke with you the day after on November 11 you told us you were pleased with the service provided.
