I have used Jax Furniture Refinishing & Upholstering on several occasions and they have always done excellent work for me. Most recently they reupholstered some dining room chairs for me and they did a very good job. I am impressed by their craftsmanship, their friendliness and I am also impressed by the way they stand behind their work. Once, they painted a piece for me and they used the wrong color. I told them about it and they came right back out and repainted it for me. Over time, the incorrect color bled through, and once again I called them to let them know. They came back out and this time they entirely redid the piece for me. Their attitude throughout this process was great - they only cared about me being satisfied with the work.
