I would have no hesitancy about recommending Jax Furniture Refinishing & Upholstering! I took them a rather high-end table to be refinished, and it came back very well-done. The gloss was not quite as high as I would have liked, but it was still satisfactory. A few days later, a lady called me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I told her I was, but that I wished the finish were a little glossier. She said, "No problem! I will have someone out in a few days to either pick it up and bring it back, or do it there!" Sure enough, they showed up and picked the table back up, and they took it back and raised the gloss level on it! That is what I call excellent customer service! That phone call really meant a lot to me, and I think it shows what a great company they are!
