We're a repeat customer from a few years back. We had additionally plumbing issues and needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Jerri made this happen in two days (non-emergency) over the Xmas holidays. Shane showed up promptly as stated by Jerri, he had prepared for the call by reading previous work completed a few years back...and was ready to roll.

Shane was exceptional, professional, thorough, patient and loved our doggies (or the other way around). We also asked for his opinion regarding a kitchen sink hot water heater. He spent 15 minutes with myself & Hannah, discussing the pro's & con's of different approaches. AND he stated he was going to do some research on certain systems and get back to us!!
