I had Lloyd’s come out to replace a water heater today. They charged over $2,800! I was concerned about water damage. They recognized that I was vulnerable and took advantage of me. Totally unethical! If you need a reputable plumbing service that charges a fair price, DON’T call Lloyd’s!
