I truly can not say enough wonderful things about Synergy HomeCare. Having no children of my own, I am not a caretaker by any means. So I never expected to be in the situation that I was in with my uncle and didn't have a clue as to what to do. However, Robin was just so informative, helpful, and caring throughout the whole process. He and the other staff at Synergy were accommodating and reassuring and we developed a great rapport that really helped during the entire experience. What I really appreciated about them was how caring and devoted they were to both the people they were tending to as well as their loved ones. The care they took with my uncle was exceptional and the way they also made sure that I was doing okay too was just wonderful. In times like these, it can get emotionally difficult but the staff at Synergy were there to help me and be there to listen if I needed someone to talk to throughout the entire experience. They were also just so great about the payment process. I had originally thought that I would need them for a longer time and paid them upfront for those weeks. Thankfully, my uncle didn't need as much time as I expected and Robin was wonderful about returning the remainder of the payment quickly without any hassle. Synergy has truly made what would have been a very difficult experience more than bearable and, although I hope I'm never in a position where I would need their services again, if I were, Synergy would be the first to call.
