Salesman was knowledgeable, seemed to know exactly what we needed. Not a wide variety of appliances to choose from. But most importantly, overpriced and the salesmanship refusal to discount my over $10,000 purchase by even a dollar! And I wasn't able to put more than 10% of my purchase on a credit card. The only reason I used Appliance World was because the place I bought my cabinets from recommended them and said they would coordinate together so my cabinet installation would be without problems. I should have shopped at Appliance World, got the information I needed, then go to Best Buy. Again, give me a discount, or a free upgrade on an Appliance, or even let me use my credit card for the whole purchase, then I would have been a satisfied customer
