Capitol Cleaning just did a really thorough job. They did window cleaning for us and we had used them before in our apartment building. We had used them many times before and there were always issues, like sometimes I had to call and had them come back and also in our buildings the windows are very old so they are very sensitive but that's the charm of them. So, we are very careful about them not getting broken.
When we used Capitol Cleaning last year we had a rough time with them but this year the 2 gentleman that came were like, so thorough. They talked to me they listened to me and there were a couple of my own windows that didn't look very good so I mentioned it to them and they came back and did them again and they were beautiful.
It was a very different experience than the one we had last year. They were much more customer service oriented and thorough.
