I had used Capitol Cleaning about ten years ago, and they did such a good job, that I called on them again just recently. I have a big house, with a lot of windows, and they needed to be cleaned. Peter, the owner, came out to assess the job along with his helper, Marissa. Then, a two man crew came out to do the work. They did a remarkable job! They washed the windows inside and out. They took the storm windows down, and cleaned them. I mean just a remarkable job! I was very impressed by the professionalism shown by every one I met. Even the people doing the work. I was in business for 40 years, and that is what counts to me - professionalism.
