Lisa Fetrow was articulate in educating us as first time home buyers. We were moving across-country and had one day to find a place to live. We appreciated and relied heavily on her knowledge and expertise.
On multiple occasions our indecision increased her work load. We never felt any pressure or frustration on her end, however. At one point, we almost went with a private sale without using her as our agent. She was still helpful, and sent pertinent information our way...with no benefit to herself.
Lisa was very available and was in contact with us almost daily...which is not easy with a 3 hour time difference. She made getting through the enormous amount of paper work go quickly and smoothly.
She worked over-time to smooth out the kinks in communication that arose between the lender, loan officer, and agents. When the closing date was pushed back, she worked out a place for us to unload our moving truck.
Lisa was trustworthy and had our backs. This took a lot of the stress off of our shoulders!
