Cindy Birk and Jim Doxey helped us with the sale of our property, which was listed while we were located 3,000 miles away and pinned down by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Their knowledge and expertise were apparent to us from our first meeting and their analysis leading to our valuation and asking price. They were very candid about the strengths and weaknesses our property might have in the market during that process which was highly analytical and data-driven. Cindy in particular was very direct in advising us how to prepare and stage our property for the photoshoot and video tour, and brought in a superb photographer to produce both pieces, which frankly, took our breath away.

Moving from the contract for sale to the closing turned out to be a major challenge. The home inspection found some repairs that needed to be performed. They acted as our agent throughout that process, which included getting multiple bids for the various projects and seeing that the work was executed properly. Throughout, we were in close contact at all hours of the day, despite the three hour time difference which placed some business well outside normal working hours.

At the end of the day, the closing went very smoothly. We deeply appreciate the extraordinary efforts Cindy and Jim exerted on our behalf, and would recommend them to anyone.
