I was recently accepted to the University Of Florida and we were looking to buy a place in Gainesville because my sister and I both plan to attend there. Lynne and Bill met us down there and showed us many places but none were quite right. We continued looking and they met me several other times to show me condos even if there were only one or two at a time. On our last trip down to Gainesville we found the place we loved and Mr Bill and Mrs Lynne went out of their way to bring us back to that apartment a couple of days later to see it again. They were very helpful with all of the paperwork and helped guide us through the process with as little pain as possible. Everything I had to sign was sent and done electronically and Mrs Lynne called me several times to make sure I had everything I needed and to make sure I understood everything in order to have the best buying experience possible for my first place. Mr. Bill and Mrs. Lynne are the pinnacle of what it means to put others first and to whomever is considering to find a place to live in the Gainesville area, whether it be an apartment or a condo or a house. They would be my absolute first and only choice for a realtor. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They make you feel as though you are their only client.
