Experts in Their Field
It can be difficult to buy/sell a home when it's your first time. You don't really know what to expect, in terms of deadlines, rules, rights, or even the process in general. The scary part is that if you miss a deadline or don't realize you should have done something in advance, that could cause you to lose the sale or purchase, or worse, cross a legal boundary.
Whenever you hear the word "realtor," you may think of someone to visit houses with and talk about paint schemes. Anyone could do that. Having been on both sides of the table, and being "green," I can tell you they do much more than that. And, if they don't, you need to run because bad real estate advise is like bad legal advice--it leaves you exposed.
If you want seasoned realtors who will not only be happy to talk paint with you, but more over and more importantly will help you understand the buying/selling process from a contractual perspective, I would recommend working with Cindy and Jim. They are professionals; don't waste your time, money, and energy with amateurs.
