Fantastic Experience!
Our experience with the USAA Realtor Network and with Lynne Saunders and her partner Bill
Saunders was fantastic! My husband and I lived in California and my husband was offered a job in
Gainesville, Florida. We didn't know anyone there, so when USAA offered their own Realtor network we
decided to take advantage of it. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
From our first contact, Lynne was very responsive and really listened to what we needed in a home. She
made time the first weekend my husband was in town and took him to some of our choices we had
picked out for our new home, and some that she thought we would like as well. Because I was still in
California, Lynne and Bill made sure to Skype me in and showed me every home they were walking my
husband through. They also answered many questions and helped us see the positives and negatives of
all the houses. That very day, we found our home, and it was one that Lynne had picked out for us! A
brand new build that had been put on the market only the day before.
She was very quick to make the offer to the builder, and two days later we had our accepted offer and it
was sent back to USAA who was also our lender. The whole process from start to close was smoother
than we had ever hoped. Even with a VA loan, the process took less than 30 days to find the house,
offer, appraise and close. All of this we could not have done without Lynne and Bill Saunders. And, even
after we closed, Lynne checked in with us to ensure we were doing good in our new home.
We cannot recommend Lynne and Bill more. And, the USAA Realtor network not only gave me a
fantastic Realtor, but they also gave us a check worth almost a thousand dollars after we closed for
using them.
We can honestly say the USAA network and using Lynne and Bill Saunders as our Realtors was one of the
best decisions we could have ever made.
