Chicago Gutterglove LLC had installed a Sunsetter Awning on my back porch and it turned out beautiful! The technicians who did the installation were all fine. They showed up in a timely manner and did the work quickly. I do have one complaint about the product. The two end-caps on each end of the roll-up both popped off. That was very disturbing considering the price. I felt that the price was very high. Unfortunately, I found out after having the work done. A neighbor of mine gave us the cost that she paid for her awning and mine was significantly higher. I would recommend the product, but that is only if the person does not mind paying a higher price for it. I am not sure if I would have used them had I known that.
