I had a big issue with Chicago Gutterglove LLC. Getting someone out to give me a quote to install covers on my gutters and a downspout was done quickly. He was there within 24 hours. However, when I had an issue with the downspout pouring water into my house I could not get anyone to help me. Most times I could not even get anyone on the phone. When I did get someone on the phone they were either closed for the season or they were in their car going somewhere. I honestly would not recommend these people to anyone. Their follow-up is non-existent! I ended up having to have someone else come in and fix the downspout issue. I will never use them again.
