I found out about Chicago Gutterglove LLC. while taking an Uber to the airport. The driver happened to be a salesman for them and had brochures in the car. I got to looking at the brochure and talking with him about gutters and he had me sold! I scheduled a salesman to come out for an estimate, which was the same Uber driver. He was very personable and knowledgeable about his product. I signed up and scheduled them out for installation.

The guys that came out to do the job were good and everything seemed fine, initially. After they left while walking around and looking at everything, I discovered that they did not really clean up after themselves. I found pieces of gutter in my bushes and other debris lying around.

Where they completely lost me is when I had to call them back because I noticed the gutters were put on crooked and water was flowing toward my house and not away from it. I emailed and called them several times and I never heard anything back from them. I went so far as to email and call the salesman to no avail! I ended up having another gutter company come in and fix the mess that they left me with.

I will never recommend them ever again! Look, the sale was great but the customer service after the sale was "horrible." I promise you, that I work in the media and if I could scream it from the rooftops to never use them again I would absolutely do it! Had they offered to come back out and fix this I would feel differently, but they didn't and I refuse to use them ever again. They missed the boat on this one!
