I worked with Chicago Gutterglove recently and they were fine. They put up a sunsetter awning for us and we're quite happy with it. The only issue I had was that we lot of rain this spring so they had to reschedule their appointment to do the installation, but they never called to let me know. I didn't have any problem with the service itself, just a little confusion around the appointment time. They came and put it up and it was fine. Supposedly the install was free, but I found out later that they had just marked up the price.
