My first experience with Charles Moon Plumbing & Heating, Inc. was great. I called them, after being referred by my home owners warranty, and spoke with Michelle. She was very pleasant to talk to very helpful when dealing with the paperwork. The two gentlemen who came out and installed the new hot water heater for us were Sebastian and Eric. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They were extremely nice and so easy to work with. They also fixed a toilet for us. They did an excellent job on everything. I would definitely call this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone.
