I've been calling AllStar Heating and Air Conditioning for my air conditioning needs for about three to five years now. They're very good about scheduling and can usually make sure they give me an appointment the same day, even after hours. I do pay an extra fee for after hours, but I appreciate the effort. Whenever I have an issue with my air conditioning unit, I can rely on Lonny. He just provides a little extra in terms of customer service compared to other similar companies. For instance, whenever I call him, he'll always give me a couple of suggestions ("Have you tried this?") to try and fix things myself, before he'll make an appointment to come out. I really appreciate that.
