We looked two separate, potential homes, and used with A-Pro Home Inspection Services for each inspection. Each report provided us with different experiences. The first experience was not great, but the second one was amazing. I was not impressed with the father/son duo that we used for the first home. The father could not perform certain tasks, such as running a sewer scope, which was understandable, but the son seemed to lack proper training, as we pointed out various things that he missed, but also why we did not go for that home. When we looked at the second home, the inspector who came out did a phenomenal job. He got into almost everything, and did a fabulous job with his inspection and the report. We were very impressed!
