Inspector was very knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely thorough and took his time explaining what he saw, helped me prioritize what needed to be done and why--and what could wait. I felt even more excited about purchasing my home after the inspection because I knew exactly what I was getting and our visit helped to dissolve any residual anxiety about buying an older home. It was apparent that Jon takes his job seriously and enjoys what he does, he was open to questions and I never felt rushed.
