Jon was very professional and detail oriented. He did a great job of walking us through the process and providing updates routinely as he finished each area. He drew attention to things we should know about, and helped with recommendations on ways to resolve any issues identified. This was very helpful considering we are first time home buyers and not familiar with the process. He also took appropriate safety measures considering the inspection was conducted during a pandemic.
