A-Pro Home Inspection Services is one I would definitely recommend! I recently used them for the first time and everything turned out great! The inspector they sent out was extremely professional and courteous. His report was very thorough. The inspector did flag one thing that he had brought to our attention and gave us recommendations. There had been some water discovered under the crawl space after we recently had lots of rain. When the appraiser came out he wanted more work done to the crawl space. We had to take care of that at the time. Other than that, everything went well.
