I am a realtor who has been using Jon and his team for inspections for a couple years now but just recently also used them on my personal purchase (that's when you know they are truly the BEST!) They are extremely thorough and their reports are very easy to read with photos of EVERY thing. They make scheduling the inspection a breeze, are always on time, and extremely knowledgeable if you have any questions. They do about 50 inspections a year for us and our clients always have wonderful things to say as well. I would highly recommend them! You wont be disappointed.
