I used Jon as the inspector for the home my husband and I are buying and I couldn't be more please. He knows what he is doing and it very informative, he gave us his honest opinion nothing was left unsaid. All my questions were answered and he gave us personal advice on how to fix things the right way. He we needed a second inspection done on some last minute repairs and he was right there ready to inspect the next day. I would tell anyone I know to use him!
