I was told it would take 2-3 hours for inspection it was done in an hour so that was kind of a disappointment also I couldn’t make in time for the inspection but when I got there I was ran through it I have gone through two inspections before this one and it felt rushed to me when I got there and I was also some what disappointed that it was a young kid that did my inspection

Overall I would not use this company again the service was ok and the inspector was kind but to me he was very young and I feel I want to go with an inspector with a lot more experience and knowledge.

Thank you for your feedback. Please allow me to respond to each one of your criticisms.
1. Home inspections can sometimes take up to 2 or 3 hours, this does not mean all home inspections require this much time. The time frame quoted on the phone was just an estimate, without any knowledge of the homes condition. In this case, the inspector arrived early and was able to work without interruption. The house was also in great condition and vacant which makes the job faster to complete. These factors allowed the inspector to complete the job sooner than you expected, but not sooner than normal. The length of time taken to conduct the inspection was typical for a house of this condition and age. My inspectors do not waste time and are trained to stay productive in order to respect the time of the realtor and customer. Finishing quickly and not wasting time shows that we respect your time.
2. The job was not rushed. All areas of the home were inspected and the pictures taken by the inspector show his progress through the entire home. You did not arrive until the end of the inspection. Upon your arrival the inspector gave you a tour of the home and a verbal overview of the issues he found. The inspector spent considerable time discussing the issues with you and gave you ample opportunity to ask questions. Since you arrived late and were not in attendance during the entire inspection, it seems improper for you to state that it felt rushed.
3. Your inspector may have appeared to be a young kid, but I assure you he is a qualified inspector. Your inspector is my most experienced inspector and has 3 years of experience. He has inspected over 1000 homes. He is a fully certified, qualified and licensed inspector with many positive reviews. His young appearance does not reflect any lack in his professionalism, qualifications or experience. Your assessment of his experience and knowledge based on his young appearance is inaccurate and unfair. His years of training and experience cannot be ascertained based on his appearance. Appearances are often deceiving. It seems improper for you to judge the inspectors ability and experience based on his appearance.
