Reign Roofing, LLC (formerly known as Paul E. Peterson LLC) installed a new roof on our condominium building. We were concerned about the quality of our roof because Paul E. Peterson had previously begun work on a different roof in our condominium complex although they did not have a license to do business in Washington State at the time. They also owe tens of thousands of dollars in fines and penalties to Washington State Labor and Industry. During the reroofing process on our condominium a rainstorm, as predicted, swept through the area and a water leak developed beside a living room skylight causing extensive ceiling and wall damage to our unit. It took considerable effort lasting several months to finally receive reimbursement from Reign Roofing to repair the damage to our unit. After the roofing job was completed a second leak developed at a bedroom skylight causing additional interior damage to our unit. Necessary repairs are currently pending. These circumstances motivated us to seek an independent inspection of our building’s roof.

Jon arrived at the appointed time ready to conduct an inspection of our new roof. After hearing our concerns he completed his inspection and composed a detailed report accompanied by photographs of existing problem areas currently in need of correction. This report was delivered before the end of the day on which he conducted his inspection (March 19, 2018). That report has been submitted to our condominium property managers and HOA Board of Directors.
