Jon was thorough and well organized. He could spot problems from a distance that I would never have spotted. When he pointed out irregularities you could clearly see and understand what he was talking about. He explained what he found very well. He let you know how serious the problem was and what would likely happen if you ignored it. He offered repair suggestions and alternatives. I highly recommend him.
