RepHunter does a pretty good job. The service was very automated with a well thought out website. So it was easy to do. The pricing was not great, but it was OK. A suggestion for somebody like me would be to have some kind of more flexible pricing plan to meet the changing needs of a business like mine. This would be especially helpful if you want the service to go into hibernation for a while. What happens is I will get some people, then train them and put them in and I can't really add new people at that point. I kind of have to work with the people I have. So I was paying money on monthly basis while I was still working with the people I had already invested in finding. If the price could have gone down during those times when I wasn't bringing in new people, then I would probably still be with the service.
