I've been very pleased with RepHunter, especially Brenda. She's terrific. She's very helpful and very personable. I'm a seasoned rep of 20 years who sells high-end products and I had to change my background from paper to organic skincare, in addition to what I already have. I like being able to speak over the phone and being able to speak to Brenda directly. It's a nice system if you want to go back and forth with email, but I find that the phone is far more comforting and Brenda is wonderful and very available over the phone. I just found them in January and have had many manufacturers of my own, but the climate for high-end retailers has changed. As a rep, you have got to create a whole new package and part of it is the phone presence, which is very important.
