I ask for Philip because he worked very hard and was very diligent about getting my carpets clean. He is an excellent, excellent worker at Colonial Chem-Dry--and I really like him. He has been here before and I thought it would be good if I had him again to clean the rugs. He came on time and was very thorough. He vacuumed, which is something the other ones did not do. Once we got Philip, I thought that's who we will have. I wouldn't have anyone else but Chem-Dry and Philip. They communicate well, they look nice, and are trustworthy--which is important when you get old and have people in your house.
